We have designed our line around your pre-pregnancy
size with an expected addition of 25 - 40 pounds.
(P) - Petite - prepreganancy 0-2, 5'4 and under
(S) - Small - pre-pregnancy size 4-6
(M) - Medium - pre-pregnancy size 7-8
(L) - Large - pre-pregnancy size 9-10
(XL) - Extra Large - pre-pregnancy size 11-12
(2X) - sizes 14-18
(3X) - sizes 20-22

We will do our best to advise you on what size would be right

We also accept custom orders if you have a size that is hard
to find. Custom orders are an extra fee, please see item description for details. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Call or email us with your custom measurements. Rush delivery is available for an extra $75.00

All shipping is UPS ground, overnight and 2nd Day air for
in stock items only. Please add $15.00 for all orders to Hawaii
and Alaska. All standard shipping to these states are UPS 2nd
Day Air.
All orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will be shipped the same
day, all orders after this time will be shipped the next business
day.
Overnight - please add an extra $15.95
to the S&H charges
2nd Day Air - please
add an extra $9.95 to the S&H charges.
Canadian
Residents - please add $5.00 to the S&H charges.
International - please call or email us with

After you have placed your order, your order will be processed
by our customer service representatives. If an item you have
ordered is out of stock or sold out, you will be notified by
email or telephone. All other items in stock will be shipped.
You will not be billed for any item not shipped.

| Returns/Exchanges: |
Returns/Exchanges not accepted after 7 days of delivery date.
All Clearance items are non-refundable. Evening
Wear, Wedding Attire, and Swimwear are non-refundable and can be returned
for size or store credit only. No returns will be accepted without
a return authorization number (RA#). To obtain an RA# you can
email us at nicole@nicolematernity.com
or click here to submit a form online.
The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package
and on the return form included with your invoice. If this number
is not on the return packaging the package will be refused and
sent back. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange an item please write on the invoice
the item you are returning and the item you would like to receive
in return.
In order to serve you better we would like to know the reason
for your return/exchange.
