Nicole Michelle Maternity Return Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Purchases in the following categories are NOT available for refund and may be returned for exchange or merchandise credit only:
- Sale and Clearance Items
- Maternity Dresses
- Maternity Formal Gowns
- Maternity Wedding Dresses
- Maternity Swimwear
Refunds for items returned within seven days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than seven days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
How to Return/Exchange:
All returns must have an RA# assigned in order to be processed. To obtain an RA#, email us at customerservice@nicolematernity.com or call us at 1-855-432-5002. The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package and on the return form included with your invoice.
If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, a printable return and exchange form is available.
Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion at the bottom of the form.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
