Returns/Exchanges not accepted after 7 days of delivery date. All Clearance items are non-refundable. Evening Wear, Wedding Attire, and Swimwear are non-refundable and can be returned for size or store credit only. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). To obtain an RA# you can email us at nicole@nicolematernity.com or click here to submit a form online.

The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package and on the return form included with your invoice. If this number is not on the return packaging the package will be refused and sent back. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item please write on the invoice the item you are returning and the item you would like to receive in return.

In order to serve you better we would like to know the reason for your return/exchange.
