NicoleMaternity.com offers the following Returns Policy: Returns/Exchanges not accepted after 7 days of delivery date. All Clearance items are non-refundable. Maternity Evening Wear, Maternity Wedding Attire, and Maternity Swimwear are non-refundable and can be returned for size or store credit only. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). To obtain an RA# you can email us at customerservice@nicolematernity.com or call us at 1-888-424-8228 The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package and on the return form included with your invoice. If this number is not on the return packaging the package will be refused and sent back. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange an item please write on the invoice the item you are returning and the item you would like to receive in return.
